PDO lentils with zucchini and tomatoes

Ingredients:

4 zucchini
4 tomatoes in pieces or a can 400 g of crushed tomatoes
1/2 clove or a pinch of garlic powder
2 small onions or shallots
250 g of green lentils, du Puy
90 ml water + one bouillon cube
Thyme
1 bay leaf
1 clove
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander (essential for taste)
