Vegetable patties with PDO lentils

Ingredients:

For 4 people

60 g of kamut
50 g of AOC green Puy lentils
50 g of goat cheese in a log
20 g of nuts
20 g of mountain honey
Salt and pepper
1 drizzle of olive oil

preparation of recipe

Cook the kamut and lentils as directed on the package. Drain and put them in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend for 2 minutes to form a paste. Season with salt and pepper.
Form dough into balls and flatten into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook patties over medium to high heat for 3 minutes per side.
Enjoy hot with a salad of sprouted seeds.
