Lentil, beef and chorizo fry-up


For 4 people

1 shallot
1 tablespoon of olive oil
300 g ground beef
4 tablespoons of quality tomato sauce
60 g of chorizo
1 teaspoon guacamole spice
2 glasses of Lentille Verte du Puy

preparation of recipe

Cook the lentils in boiling water, adding salt at the end.
Peel and chop the shallot. Dice the chorizo.
Brown shallot in oil. After 2 minutes, add the beef and chorizo. Mix well and pour the spices with the tomato sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in the lentils and mix for a few minutes then enjoy.
