Ice cream with green lentils from Puy

Ingredients:

For 4 people

For the lentil paste:
125g of lentils well cooked and drained while still warm (not cooked in salted water!! be careful!)
50g of almond powder
20g of powdered sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

For the frozen yogurt version:
1 Bulgarian yogurt (or 0% cottage cheese!!!)
90g lentil paste

For the ice cream version:
300g lentil paste
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
20cl of liquid cream

preparation of recipe

For the lentil paste:
Place the lentils, almond powder and sugars in the bowl of a food processor and blend as finely as possible. Collect the dough and allow to cool before use.
This paste is also delicious spread on bread!
For the frozen yogurt version:
Mix the lentil paste and yogurt and pour the mixture into a fairly flat plastic container and place in the freezer. Stir every hour until the mixture is set.
For the ice cream version:
Mix the condensed milk, the cream and the lentil paste and blend it all together. Put in an ice cream maker or in a plastic container in the freezer (in this case, mix the preparation every hour)
