4 chicken legs
A package of green lentils from Le Puy
2 large potatoes
3 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste

1 ca coffee of raz el hanout

Brown the chicken with the minced onion and garlic,
Cover with water, add the tomato package, salt, pepper and raz el hanout,
Let cook for 20 minutes,
Slice your carrots and add them to the lentils
Let cook for 10 minutes,
Add the potatoes, cut into large cubes and cook for another 10 minutes,
Adjust the seasoning and serve hot with a good bread for the sauce
