In a bowl, mix flour and oil. Salt. Add water in small increments and knead into a smooth, non-sticky ball.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, then line an oiled pie pan.
Preheat oven to 180° C.
Spread the lentil puree or hummus on the pie crust. Cover with well-cleaned leeks cut into small pieces. Season generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
