Green lentil soup from Puy

Ingredients:

For 2 persons

50 g of green lentils from Le Puy
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
3-4 bay leaves
Salt / pepper
Olive oil

Wash and seed the bell pepper and cut it into small squares.
Finely chop the onion.
In a pressure cooker, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes.
Pour 150g of water, the lentils, the 3 or 4 bay leaves, close the pressure cooker and leave to cook for 20 minutes after turning on the valve.
Blend in a food mill equipped with the finest grate.
You can accompany this soup with small chips of lorrain spindle.
