Anchovy and chive spread


For 4 people

150g of Lentille Verte du Puy
2 small Swiss cheeses
1l of chicken stock
4 anchovy fillets
A few sprigs of chives

preparation of recipe

Cook the lentils in a liter of chicken broth in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes
Drain and let cool
Then finely blend the lentils, anchovies and petits suisses together, add the chives
Put in the fridge for 4 hours then spread the preparation on toast
Serve as an aperitif
