Trio of meats with lentils


For 4 people

500 g of green lentils from Le Puy
3 carrots
1 onion
1 chicken stock cube
1 pork roast of 800 g
1 sausage
1 smoked pallet of 600 g
600 ml of water
Salt + pepper
2 bay leaves

preparation of recipe

Poach lentils + meat in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Cut the carrots into rings and the onion into 4 and put them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add lentils and meat, pour in water, dehydrated stock cube, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Turn on for 6 hours. Serve hot with a little mustard.
