Green lentil salad with Morbier cheese

Ingredients:

For 4 people

200g of green lentils from Puy
180 g Morbier AOC cut into strips
2 cooked Montbéliard sausages
1 red onion
Chopped chives
Mustard Vinaigrette

preparation of recipe

Place the warm lentils, after cooking, in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
While the lentils are cooking, cut the sausage into slices. To peel the Morbier cheese. Cut it into strips.
Place slices of sausage and Morbier cheese on the lentils. Garnish with red onion rings. Sprinkle with chives.
Serve while lentils are still warm.
