Salad with green lentils from Puy

200 g of green lentils from Le Puy

24 cherry tomatoes cut in 2

1 red onion, chopped

1 clove of garlic, chopped

juice of 1 lime

2 c. tablespoon of olive oil

25g haddock fillet (optional)

250 g feta cheese cut into pieces

2 hard-boiled eggs

25 g fresh coriander

preparation of recipe

Cook the lentils lightly salted for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and pour into a bowl.

Add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon juice and oil, feta cheese, coriander, hard-boiled eggs, haddock fillets, salt and pepper, mix gently and serve.
