500 g GREEN PUY LENTILS
50 g chopped onions
20 g coriander
50 g shredded lettuce
20 g garlic
50 g Sherry vinegar
salt and pepper
Cook the GREEN PUY LENTILS for 30 min with all the herbs and the garnish except for the Sherry vinegar.

Add the Sherry vinegar and the salt and pepper.
