INGREDIENTS :

  • 500 g GREEN PUY LENTILS
  • 50 g chopped onions
  • 20 g coriander
  • 50 g shredded lettuce
  • 20 g garlic
  • 50 g Sherry vinegar
  • salt and pepper
   
  • Cook the GREEN PUY LENTILS for 30 min with all the herbs and the garnish except for the Sherry vinegar.
  • Blend
  • Add the Sherry vinegar and the salt and pepper.
